They are intended to establish clear rules for the use of the machines and to avoid misunderstandings between the lessor and the renter. A transparent regulation of use, liability and return of the machines protects both the business and the renter from unexpected costs or damage.<\/p><p data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1446\">By renting a machine, the renter agrees to the stated terms. The rental terms define in particular the permitted use of the machines, the responsibilities during the rental period, as well as the requirements for insurance, maintenance and return of the equipment. This ensures that the machines are operated safely and remain in proper condition for further use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc56eac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bc56eac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<pre data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"783\"><em>The following rental terms apply to all rentals of our agricultural machinery. Machines may only be operated by trained personnel. Rental period<\/h2><ul><li data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"958\"><strong data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"971\">1 day:<\/strong> maximum 9 hours<\/li><li data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"991\">Longer rental periods possible by agreement<\/li><li data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1140\">The rental period begins <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1095\">handover at the farm in Sch\u00f6nengrund<\/strong> and ends <strong data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1138\">upon return at the same location<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-039ae03 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"039ae03\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd948f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd948f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>3. Driving licence &amp; authorisation<\/h2><div><p data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"603\">The renter must hold a <strong data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"479\">valid driving licence for the respective machine or vehicle category<\/strong>. The rented machines may only be operated by <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"585\">authorised, trained and experienced persons<\/strong> .<\/p><p data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"914\">The renter is responsible for ensuring that all persons operating the machine have the required knowledge, authorisation and experience. The lessor reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"899\">check the driving licence and verify identity<\/strong> before the start of the rental.<\/p><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1230\"><strong data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1228\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alpaka-appenzell.ch\/en\/product\/aebi-vario-vt450-mieten\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Aebi Vario VT450 transporter<\/span><\/a> (green licence plate):<\/strong><\/p><ul><li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1053\">Driving authorisation for agricultural vehicles required<\/li><li data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1167\">Use on public roads <strong data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1165\">only with a valid licence and for agricultural purposes<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1294\"><strong data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1254\">Compliance with applicable traffic regulations and the Road Traffic Act (SVG)<\/strong> when used on public roads<\/li><li data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1369\">Speed limits and traffic rules must be observed at all times<\/li><li data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1435\">Experience in the safe handling of the vehicle is <strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1433\">required<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1517\"><strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1517\">Liability for damage on public roads lies with the driver or renter<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1424\"><strong data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1422\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alpaka-appenzell.ch\/en\/product\/hoflader-avant-750-mieten\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Avant 750 front loader<\/span><\/a> (white licence plate):<\/strong><\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1632\">A valid driving licence for the relevant vehicle category is required<\/li><li data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1689\">Operation only by experienced and suitable persons<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf53c3e elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"bf53c3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1095b1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1095b1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-section-id=\"1wi4dti\" data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1846\">4. Handover &amp; return<\/h2><ul><li data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1931\">Machines are handed over <strong data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1919\">cleaned, in working condition and with standard accessories<\/strong> \u00fcbergeben<\/li><li data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2009\">The renter checks the machine <strong data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"1981\">upon handover<\/strong> and reports any damage immediately<\/li><li data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2078\">The machine must be <strong data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"395\">returned in the condition in which it was handed over<\/strong>, complete and in working condition<\/li><li data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2164\">In case of <strong data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2110\">heavy soiling<\/strong> , a <strong data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2144\">cleaning fee<\/strong> may be charged<\/li><li data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2226\">Late return: <strong data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2226\">at least \u00bd day rental fee will be charged additionally<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3fab8d elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"a3fab8d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0de687d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0de687d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-section-id=\"1i9d4qs\" data-start=\"3476\" data-end=\"3499\">5. Use of the machines<\/h2><h5 data-start=\"3500\" data-end=\"3542\">The machines may only be used:<\/h5><ul><li data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3586\">in accordance with their intended use<\/li><li data-start=\"3589\" data-end=\"3633\">from <strong data-start=\"3593\" data-end=\"3633\">authorised and experienced persons<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"3635\" data-end=\"3667\">The following are not permitted in particular:<\/h5><ul><li data-start=\"3671\" data-end=\"3699\">Subletting to third parties<\/li><li data-start=\"3702\" data-end=\"3755\">Use outside the agreed areas of operation<\/li><li data-start=\"3758\" data-end=\"3798\">Technical modifications to the machine<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1779\">Our machines are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure safe operation. Nevertheless, the renter is obliged to check the machine for visible damage or malfunctions before starting work and to report any issues immediately.<\/p><p data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"2149\">The machines may only be used for agricultural or intended work. Improper use or overloading can lead to damage and must be avoided. Careful handling of the machines contributes significantly to safety and to the long-term usability of the equipment.<\/p><h5 data-section-id=\"gfmqz2\" data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2270\">Fuel &amp; consumables<\/h5><p data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2901\">The renter is responsible for:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"2915\">Fuel<\/li><li data-start=\"2918\" data-end=\"2936\">Consumables<\/li><li data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"2975\">Wear parts during use<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"3070\">The machines must be <strong data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3042\">returned with the same fuel level as at handover<\/strong>. Consumables, wear parts and fuel will be <strong data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2428\">charged according to use<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"3070\"><strong data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2428\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-288dc8c elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"288dc8c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-297994d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"297994d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-section-id=\"adusi7\" data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2458\">6. Liability &amp; damage<\/h2><p>The renter is liable for <strong data-start=\"3121\" data-end=\"3142\">all damage<\/strong>occurring during the rental period, in particular due to:<\/p><ul><li>Improper operation<\/li><li>Overloading of the machine<\/li><li>Negligent use<\/li><li>Use by unauthorised persons<\/li><\/ul><p>The lessor is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Accidents<\/li><li>Injuries<\/li><li>Direct or indirect consequential damage<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0arising from the use of the machine<\/p><p>Technical failures caused by improper use are to be borne by the renter<\/p><p>Missing machines or tools will be charged at <strong data-start=\"2715\" data-end=\"2741\">replacement<\/strong> verrechnet<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5287f0d elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"5287f0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a52e718 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a52e718\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-section-id=\"adusi7\" data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2458\">7. Insurance<\/h2><p>The renter is responsible for ensuring that their liability insurance covers damage arising from the use of rented machines or third-party attachments.<\/p><p>When using our attachments on the renter\u2019s own machines, the renter is responsible for ensuring that their <strong data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"766\">liability insurance covers damage to third-party attachments or rented equipment<\/strong>. Damage to third-party attachments used on one\u2019s own machines is often <strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"903\">not automatically covered<\/strong> by insurance and may require additional coverage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6943eb elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"e6943eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b42851 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b42851\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-section-id=\"1i9d4qs\" data-start=\"3476\" data-end=\"3499\">8.
