The sound of cow bells and the gentle humming of the alpacas, mixed with the scent of freshly cut grass, carried by the gentle Alpine breeze. This picture, marked by the incredible view of the Neckertal and the Alpstein in its full glory, shows itself to the beholder.
The invigorating freshness of a cool glass of white wine together with the local alp cheese and meat platter from our own farm grown animals, indulge the palate, and the informative lecture stimulates the mind.
The soothing sight of a large group of alpacas together with their offspring caresses the soul and the silky structure of their fleece massages and warms the fingertips.
The alpaca farm tour & aperitif experience
That experience awaits our visitors on our farm. Alpacas are fascinating creatures. Their calming charisma has a pleasant effect on everyone by conveying an inner feeling of well-being. This is caused by their large eyes, their teddy bear-like appearance and their deep and gentle hum with which they communicate with each other.
The farm tour
With us, visitors can get close to the animals and feed them by hand. You can learn a lot about the alpacas; their origins, attitude, the market and the wonderful products. If desired, visitors also have the opportunity to visit other animals on the farm, such as our baby piglets, dairy cows and calves, and learn more about our carbon farming ideology and connection to nature through the production of Terra-Preta Nutrient Soil and Biochar
The Aperitif
We offer an unforgettable and unique experience combined with a special aperitif with farm grown meat and cheese products from the region. Our offers for aperitifs for 6 people or more can be combined with a visit to the farm and a visit to the Alpaca Shop whereby furs, Meat , wool products , Alpaca Bedding and Terra-Preta Nutrient Soil can be purchased. All of this against the backdrop of a wonderful hilly landscape.
Our alpaca farm gives many impressions of life on our farm. We are looking forward to your visit.
Farm tour with lecture Flat rate (up to 20 people, from 20 people on request):
a) Full farm tour: alpacas, pigs, cows, Terra-Preta nutrient humus, biochar = CHF 250.-
b) Animal Tour alpacas, pigs, cows = CHF 200.-
c) Alpaca Tour: only alpacas with hand feeding = CHF 150.-
Aperitif for minimum of 6 adults:
1) Alparama Aperitif: alpacas, pigs, cows, Terra-Preta nutrient humus, biochar = CHF 250.-
b) Arnig Aperitif: Pork meat (without alpaca meat), cheese platter, mineral water and orange juice: CHF 18 / person
3) Coffee and cake: upon request
