Just 2.5 km from our farm, you’ll find a small shopping center in Schoenengrund that offers everything for your daily needs. At the Prima store, you can find fresh groceries and vegetables, complemented by a bakery and a butcher shop right on site.
The Kuhn Bakery invites you to enjoy fresh bread and fine baked goods, while Metzgerei Ochsen is known for its high-quality meat products. We also maintain a close partnership with the butcher – we are one of the main suppliers of pork and also have our alpaca meat professionally processed there.
The Landi offers a versatile range for everyday needs – from products for home and garden to practical items for daily life and agricultural supplies. Ideal for convenient shopping during your stay.

Ebenalp
The Ebenalp is a wonderful destination for anyone looking to experience the mountain world of the Alpstein in a relaxed way. A special highlight is the mountain inn Aescher, spectacularly built into the rock face. The path leading there starts at the mountain station and passes through the Wildkirchli caves – an impressive passage once inhabited by prehistoric cave bears, whose history can still be felt today.

The Camino de Santiago passes directly by our farm and is one of the most impressive sections of this well-known route.

Nearby ski lifts Hoernli in Baechli (Schoenengrund), Hemberg and Schwellbrunn provide ideal conditions for relaxed days on the slopes – especially for families and those looking to take it easy.
Beautiful snowshoe tours can also be started directly from the farm, following the Camino de Santiago.
